Registration is confirmed only when full payment is received and acknowledged via an official confirmation email. A seat is reserved upon confirmation and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
EmpowerED 2026 is open to educators, school leaders and schools owners. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once fully booked, no further registerations will be accepted.
The organizers reserve the right to modify the conference program, speakers, venues, or schedules as needed. Delegates must conduct themselves professionally and adhere to the venue’s safety, health, and behavioral guidelines.
The organizers, their affiliates, and venue partners are not liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and safety.
EmpowerED 2026 may capture photographs, video footage, and audio recordings during sessions. By attending, delegates grant the organizers permission to use this content for promotional or educational purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Attendees must disclose any accessibility or dietary requirements during registration. While organizers will do their best to accommodate requests (e.g., wheelchair access, dietary restrictions), specific accommodations are not guaranteed.
All payments must be made via the official payment portal linked in the registration confirmation. Organizers are not responsible for fraud or payment-related issues arising from external or third-party services.
Personal data collected during registration will be used in accordance with the event’s privacy policy—limited to purposes such as communication, Professional Development Certification, and logistical coordination. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government directives that prevent the event from taking place as planned, the organizers reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event. Notices will be communicated promptly, and any refund decisions will follow the Cancellation & Transfer Policy.
Cancellations are allowed only upon the event being cancelled or dates rescheduled by the organizers. If the event is cancelled by the organizers for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee. Passes are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another individual. Registrations once done are non-refundable and cannot be deferred to anther conference under any circumstances.
