Dr. Vladimir D. Kuskovski has led both public and independent schools in Switzerland, Germany and India in the last 15 years. Currently, he is the Head of EF Academy New York. He also serves as a visiting adjunct professor in the Masters of International Administration program at Endicott College. He is an active promoter of international education as he has committed his professional life to develop a global perspective in all the schools in which he has worked. Dr. Vladimir holds bachelor’s degrees in both linguistics and education from the Minsk State Linguistic University and a master’s degree from Manchester University in the UK.

Dr. April Yetsko is an experienced school leader with 23 years of experience in education. She has served as Head of School and Principal with international and public schools in Germany, Panama, Venezuela and the USA. She holds a Doctoral Degree in K-12 Educational Leadership, a Master’s Degree in Special Education for the Culturally and Linguistically Diverse and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Spanish. Dr. Yetsko believes in the power of education to create a more just world by fostering empathy, compassion and agency. Her professional career, working with students from early childhood through high school, has been dedicated to developing the whole child through inquiry learning, multilingualism, equity, justice, inclusion and global citizenship.

Mr Martyn Shadbolt comes from the UK and has worked in Primary education for over 30 years in Singapore, China, Qatar, the UAE and Cambodia. He has been a class teacher, coordinator and Head of Primary at six different IB schools. Martyn has a Bachelor of Education from Exeter University and recently completed a Master’s in Educational Leadership at Bath University. He is passionate about a holistic approach to education where students are academically, socially and emotionally supported to achieve their maximum potential.

Annette brings with her 20 years of experience in international education. Over the past    14 years, Annette has held leadership positions in international schools in South Africa, Switzerland, the Czech Republic and Germany. She has served in leadership positions as the curriculum coordinator and deputy principal at the Bavarian International School, Germany, and at Helderberg International School in Cape Town, South Africa, where she was the curriculum coordinator and later served as Head of School. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Primary education, Honour’s degree in Special Education, and a  certification in school leadership from Harvard Business School and the Principal’s Training Centre. Annette is also an active Team Leader and Consultant for the International Baccalaureate Organisation. She believes that student’s character, social-emotional skills and academic competencies define school excellence. Her belief in preparing learners for world citizenship, global awareness and intercultural understanding enable students to lead society rather than follow.

Mrs Jill Shadbolt comes with  30 years of experience with the IB Primary Years Programme. She has held numerous leadership roles in international schools in six different countries, principally as a PYP coordinator and the Head of Curriculum. Jill holds a BA (Hons) from the UK and a Masters’s degree in International Education. She regularly trains teachers and works as a school team leader on PYP authorisation and evaluation visits with IB schools around the world. Jill also uses her extensive experience to support schools as a PYP consultant in their teaching and learning journey.
